生态-经济系统恢复与重建的基础理论研究

该文阐述生态-经济系统恢复与重建的内涵、应遵循的原则与框架，论述生态、经济、社会要素彼此相互作用对生态-经济系统恢复与重建的影响，以及我国生态-经济系统恢复与重建的重要意义。指出生态-经济系统的失衡，一方面是受自然生态脆弱因子的影响，另一方面是受人类不适当的生产和生活行为的影响。生态恢复与重建不能仅限于生态系统层次，而应是多尺度、多等级的，应从生态系统到景观及整个生态-经济系统，应是生态过程与经济过程的协同。在经济落后和生态环境破坏的双重约束下，唯有建立以生态平衡为基础的社会经济体系，才能改善区域人类生存、生产条件，使失衡的生态-经济系统得到稳定和优化．实现可持续发展的目标。

Connotation and Principles of Recuperation and Restoration of Unbalanced Ecological-Economic System

The aim of this paper is to interpret the connotation and fundamentals of ecological and economic restoration.For the restoration,people should commence from the ecological-economic investigation in detail,and take rational programming to ensure the realization of sustainable development through persisting management.The author discusses the influence of the interaction among ecological,economic and social factors and the significance of restoration in China.The damaged ecological system by human activities has not only related to poverty,but also to riches.The insufficiency and excess of economic development will lead to the same result of ecological damage and natural resources declining.The negative feedback of ecological and economic factors unbalances whole system.So,the ecological restoration could not be localized in ecological level,and should be of multi-scale,the cooperation of ecological and economic process.In China,under the double knottiness of economic underdevelopment and ecological damage,only the social-economic system based on the ecological balance could help the realization of sustainable development.
