可持续发展的珠江三角洲土地资源研究

伴随经济的高速发展，土地的不合理开发，耕地锐减和污染的与日俱增已成为珠江三角洲现代化进程中的严重障碍。本文分析了珠江三角洲经济发展中在土地资源上存在的弊端及耕地的变化趋势，提出了协调土地资源和经济发展的关系，实现资源可持续发展的战略和措施。

A STUDY ON LAND RESOURCES OF THE PEARL RIVER DELTA FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

With the rapid economic development in the Pearl River Delta, a lot of problems appear in the utilization of land, especially, the reduction of cultivated land and environment pollution have become serious. From 1980 to 1994, the cultivated land in the delta decreased by 274. 3thousand ha, and per capita decreased from 0. 059 ha to 0. 029 ha. Agricultural eco environment is affected by pollution. Soil is gradually acidified, the PH value of 80% of land is lower than 5. 5 and the fertility is also descending. With the fall of comparative benefit of agriculture, more and more arable land is left uncultivated. The relationship between the economic development and utilization of land resources has been getting dislocated. In order to attain sustainable development of the Pearl River Delta, some suggestions are put forward:exploiting land resources rationally, controlling soil pollution, correctly handling the relations between agricultural land and construction land, and strengthening the planning and management of land.
