| 摘 要： | 以全球价值链理论为指导,分析顺德家电产业集群的形成方式、内部组织结构、产业链结构以及在全球价值链中的地位等基本特征,研究其升级过程,认为顺德家电产业集群正面临功能升级的阶段;通过深入分析影响其产业集群升级的本地大企业、地方政府、本地创新能力以及市场环境等因素,并将这四大因素归纳出与波特"钻石体系"相类似的结构体系,提出未来顺德家电产业集群升级应重点加强本地创新能力的建设,以期为其它区域产业集群的升级提供案例借鉴与政策建议.
