厦门的旅游气候资源

TOURIST CLIMATE RESOURCES IN XIAMEN

ituated in the southeastern coast of China, Xiamen is rich in tourism resources, where there are green hills, and blue and clean sea, and the climate is warm that make flowers bloom all the year round, consitution fascinating subtropical scenery. In this Paper the discomfort index of tourist climate is analysed. It shows that the climate in Xiamen is suitable for tourism in any season. But typhoon damages occasionally occur in summer and autumn, and precautions shouldbe taken. Moreover, the protection of ecological environment should be stressed, while tourismindustry is developed.
