| 摘 要： | 从资源环境承载力、现有开发条件以及未来发展潜力3个方面,运用专家咨询及频率分布阈值划分等方法,构建湖南省重点开发区域选择综合指标体系.在此基础上,综合确定湖南省重点开发区域范围,并对全省重点开发区空间组织与发展策略进行探讨.研究结果表明:湖南省重点开发区域包括13个地级市(州)辖区(首府)、9个县级市和10个县,约占全省总面积的25.02%;湖南省重点开发区域空间体系呈四大板块分布,即长株潭城市群、长株潭拓展区、湘南中心城镇和湘西中心城镇;突出长株潭城市群"龙头地位、做强做大长株潭拓展区、构建东部工业发展走廊、培育湘南与湘西中心城镇,是湖南省重点开发区域空间组织与发展的重要抉择.
