| 摘 要： | 为了帮助实现城市人居环境建设的"人本主义"回归,利用系统学方法构建了"人居环境满意度"与"人居环境建设水平"综合分析的评价模型,在此基础上搭建主客观耦合的指标体系,并利用AHP法求得各指标的权重。文中以广州市为例,对城市人居环境的客观水平和主观满意度进行了综合评价。结果显示,满意度与建设状况呈现趋同与趋异两种状况。基础设施建设的速度最快,满意度最高;公共服务设施发展滞缓,满意度较低。对于"居住、环境卫生、生态维护"等指标,虽然客观建设速度突飞猛进,但居民对其仍十分不满意。了解民意,不断缩小人居环境供给(建设水平)与需求(满意度)之间的差距应该成为城市发展的目标。 |
