广东省土地管理信息系统的设计与应用

采用遥感（ＧＩＳ）与地理信息系统（ＧＩＳ）相结合的方法研制的土地管理信息系统能为广东省土地管理部门提供科学，快捷，有效的管理手段，文中重点讨论了广东省土地管理信息系统的设计目标，结构与功能，并介绍了土地管理信息系统的应用实例，指出建立规范化，标准化的土地管理系统的重要性以及统一的规范数据统计单元的必要性。

DESIGNING AND APPLICATION OF THE LAND MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR GUANGDONG PROVINCE

With combination of Rewote Sensing (RS) and Geographical Information System (GIS), a land management information system (LMIS) for Guangdong Province is designed and developed In the system the investignting data and maps of land - use are arranged and Put into spatial and attribute database, and updated with RS images and field surveying data. The application models are built with the spatial analyzing functions of GIS. LMIS has the following functions: Input, output, query, editing, error evaluating and adjusting and application of models, etc. A case study was taken in Sihui County and efficient and accurate results in managing and monitoring the land - use were achieved. It is proposed that the LMIS be ed as technical support to the land management information engineering for all cites and counties in Guangdong Province.
