引入地理信息系统(GIS)技术、空间决策支持技术、系统集成技术等，运用基于知识的决策支持系统技术，利用地理信息系统数据采集、存储、管理、处理、检索、分析、图形与交互显示功能对房地产投资方向作可行性研究，旨在建立一个能确定最佳投资方向或土地利用变化趋势的房地产投资方向空间决策支持系统。

A DESIGN OF SDSS FOR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TENDENCY

Feasibility analysis is the pivotal factor of Real estate investment. This design introduces the technologies of Geographical Information System (GIS), Spatial Decision Support System (SDSS), and system integration into the decision making on estate investment. Through the database, model database and knowledge database designed, a procedure for data processing, analyzing and storing is given, and Geographic Information system spatial analysis and knowledge consequence technology are used in order to build and provide a strong support to the SDSS for estate investment tendency. The system will be helpful and effective to raise the decision making ability and level to the estate managers and can be used to make an optimal investment decision and plan in controlling the cost, increasing the benefit and preventing loss caused by factitious mistakes.
