| 摘 要： | "十一五"规划期间,国家将区域规划工作放在了突出重要的位置,这是解决中国区域重大问题、促进区域协调发展的迫切要求.同时,"规划"提出将国土空间划分为优化开发、重点开发、限制开发和禁止开发四类主体功能区.主体功能区的提出对中国区域规划将产生创新性影响:①完善了区域规划理论体系;②创新了区域规划理念;③丰富了区域规划内容;④重构了区域规划的空间体系;⑤推动了区域规划与其它空间规划的融合;⑥保障了区域规划的实施.
