| 摘 要： | 本文以微观社会学取径的经验研究，将行动者的集体行动意义与认同的建构，纳入创新氛围的理论框架中，以指出创新氛围的综效，乃是涉及认同建构的集体性的创新行动，与历史积累性，偶发性与矛盾的动态互动中，产生系统内部缝隙与外部技术的开放性接合的结果。

| Abstract: | This paper intends to treat innovation as a socially collective action and put it into the theoretical framework of innovative milieu. The empirical study reveals that the synergy of innovative milieu results from an open articulation between the internal fissure of an existing system and the external technology, which involves a dynamic interaction between actors' identity construction and the historic accumulation, contingency and contradictions. |
