| 摘 要： | 发达国家在促进区域经济协调发展过程，积累了不少成功的经验，对我国实施西部大开发具有重要借鉴意义，西部大开发要坚持高起点，充分利用市场的力量，国家要采取支持区域经济合作的倾斜政策；东部地区要多形式，全方位与西部大开发的进程。
