| 摘 要： | 随着《联合国海洋法公约》进入新一轮修订期,各国都要在2009年5月13日前提交"领海基线声明",用以重新审议岛屿主权。正是这次大规模修订,使得我国南海地区进入主权领土争夺的多发期,如何应对越南、菲律宾等国对中国南海岛礁的侵占,千年来海洋观念的淡薄,成为目前中国亟待解决的问题。

| Abstract: | With the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea entered a new round of amendments to view in 2009,relevant states should submit a Statement of the territorial sea baselineon May 13 2009r,which is used to reconsider the island's sovereignty.The South China Sea entered into Sovereignty battle multi-period because of the Large-scale amendments.Before everything else we must recommend solutions for South China Sea dispute and defend the sovereignty of the South China Sea. |
