| 摘 要： | 运用区域旅游开发理论， 研究了腾冲境内旅游资源的基本类型、分布区划与主要特点， 在分析该区旅游开发的资源条件、区位条件和基础设施条件的基础上， 提出了该区旅游资源开发的指导思想、战略目标、布局重点和政策措施。
