| 摘 要： | 城镇土地定级估价是城镇土地管理的基础性工作，有助于促进土地资源的高效配置和经济的快速发展。根据城镇土地定级因素所具有的空间特征和相关性，采用了地理信息系统（GIS）的技术和方法，运用空间数据库存贮、管理和操作各类与城镇土地定级有关的信息和数据，建立了一个城镇土地定级信息系统，并结合益阳城区土地定级的实践，对城镇土地定级的有关理论与方法进行研究。
