云南地震地质灾害与资源环境效应问题的初步研究

在对历史震害资料浅析的基础上，利用最近40年有现场调查的地震记录，分析了云南省各类地震地质灾害与资源环境破坏影响的一些特征，并结合云南地震时空活动特性，对云南有仪测地震资料近百年间的地震地质灾害与资源环境效应问题进行了反演，表明：（1）云南地区地震地质灾害与资源环境破坏影响具有群体分区特征。（2）云南地区存在时间进程上连续的中强地震活跃背景：地震对资源环境的作用影响具有强度为2级的高背景值。（3）云南资源环境地震破坏影响具有多侧面、长时效和渐微影响的特征。地震对资源环境的破坏，必将恶化人类生存条件，阻碍社会经济的长期与可持续发展。这是资源环境安全防震减灾所面临的新课题。

A PRIMARY RESEARCH ON SEIMO- GEOLOGICAL DISASTER AND THE RESOURCE- ENVIRONMENT EFFECT CAUSED BY THE HISTORICAL EARTHQUAKES OF YUNNAN

On the basis of the preliminary study of the data of historical earthquake disaster, some characteristics of the seismo-geological disaster and resource-environment destruction are analyzed and outlined in this paper by using the on-the-spot investigation records of the earthquake in past four decades Furthermore, an inversion of resource-environment effect of historical earthquakes in yunnan province The, the following points are proposed(1)the earthquake disasters and their destructive effect to the resource-environment are characterized as the group zone (2)the activity background of the moderate-strong earthquakes which are continuous in the time process exists in Yunnan province And the value of the activity background which is used to measure earthquake effect to resource-environment is as strong as 2 degress in this region (3)the seism dectruction to resource-environment is of features of multi-aspect, long term, gradualness and slightness
