冰冻天气和电线覆冰预报预估业务系统设计与实现

系统以T639数值预报产品为基础,结合考虑地形改进的要素CRESSMAN插值技术、云南冰冻天气判识条件研究成果和结合滇东北电线覆冰考察修正覆冰估算模型,利用C#和Visual Fortran高级开发程序语言,建立了云南冰冻天气和电线覆冰预报预估业务系统。实现了在国内率先提出了电线覆冰消融处理方案并进行了相关研究。系统设计实现上使用了图像处理,数据库操作,多线程,递归算法等编程技术,使用递归算法查找历史数据来替代缺测数据,保证预报服务的完整性,实际使用结果证明这种替代是简单可行的。覆冰消融的处理相关参数还需要实际数据的验证来进行调整。

DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF FREEZING WEATHER AND ICING OF TRANSMISSION LINES FORECAST ESTIMATES BUSINESS SYSTEMS
