石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定芦蒿样品中镉的不确定度评定

摘    要:通过石墨炉原子吸收光谱法重复测定芦蒿样品中的Cd,建立不确定度评定数学模型,系统分析和量化不确定度各分量。分析了测量过程中的不确定度主要来源于标准物质引入的不确定度、样品制备的不确定度、曲线拟合中产生的不确定度以及重复试验的不确定度。当Cd平均含量为0.20μg/g时,评定其不确定度为0.024μg/g。
