摘    要:分析了中频感应加热生产薄壁金刚石钻头的加热过程,依此提出了薄壁钻头的加热机理,为重新确定模具与感应圈的相对位置,模具设计以及设备选型提供了依据。

Abstract:Analysis is made on the heating process for production of kurf diamond bits with medium frequen-cy induction heating, based on which is presented the heating mechanism for kurf diamond bits,with the criteriaprovided for determination of the relative position between the mould and the induction coil,mould design and selection of equipment.
