冀西北怀来—下花园地区地质灾害与防治问题的探讨

河北西北部怀来一下花园地区是地质灾害较频繁发生的地区，主要表现为地震、山地崩塌滑坡、水土流失、地裂缝、煤层自然、突瓦斯、水污染及岩溶渗漏水等，这些现象已成为制约本区经济发展和环境改善的重要因素。因此，近年来笔者等在冀西北开展卫／5万区调工作的同时，有意识地收集各种地质灾害资料，并对重点灾情进行实地考查，从而对各种灾害的地质背景、灾害类型、灾害损失、成灾机制及防治对策进行了初步的、较全面的分析与探讨。

The Discussion on the Prevention and Treatment of Geologic Hazard In Huailai Xiahuayuan Area of Northwestern Hebei

Huailai-Xiahuayuan area of northwestem Hebei is the range where the geologic hazard such as earthquake, landslide, loss of soil, geofracture, coal combustion, gas explosion, water, pollution and karst seepage etc' frequently occur. They have become the important factor which restrict the economic development and environmental improvement in this area. Through analyzing the geologic setting, the types and the losses caused by geologic disaster, the authors put forward the calamitous mechanisms, the countermeasure of prevention and treatment.
