河北省饮料工业现状及发展目标

近１０年来，河北省饮料工业发展迅速。矿泉水更是异军突起，现有设计生产能力为２０万ｔ／ａ。１９９４年产量为４．５万ｔ，比１９９３年增长７．２倍。包括矿泉水在内的饮料工业目前存在的问题是，产量少，规模小，名牌少，中小型企业技术装备落后，产品结构不合格。今后主要应以矿泉水为基液，发展多品种，名牌优质饮料，降低成本，以适应各层次消费者的需要。

Present Situation and Development Target of the Drink Industry in Hebei

In the last decade,the drink industry was rapidly developed in Hebei province,especiallythe mineral water industry had made outstanding progress. at present,the designed produc-tion capacity is 0.20 Mt/a. the output had attained 45 thouand ton in l994,7.2 times thatof 1993.However,the existing problems in drink industry are the shortage of products,scaleand well-known brand,and meanwhile the technological equipments are outdated and thestructure of products unreasonable in the small to middle-sized enterprises.In the future,itis important to choose mineral water as basic liquid,to develop more types and wellknownbrands of high-quality products,and to decrease cost,in order to meet the demand of differ-ent-level customers.
