| 摘 要： | 某8层楼由于地基承载力不足，基底压力分布不均匀及下卧淤泥质粘土层过厚，在其建成后发现向北倾斜7．2‰，为此制订了锚杆静压桩加固和地基应力解除法纠偏的综合治理方案并付之实施，施工历时2个月，效果良好。 |

| Abstract: | Because of insufficient bearing capacity,nonuniform stress distribution and overthick silty clay,the 8-story building was Found 7.1?leaning to the north after construction.A synthetical scheme to improve the inclination is made by which the building is re- Inforced by static bolt-pressing piles and ground foundation stess is relieved.The whole improving work last two months,gaining favour- Able effects. |
