HDPE土工膜温度应力的试验研究

摘    要:为了评价HDPE土工膜中产生的温度应力,提出了温度应力的简易评价方法。通过室内试验,得到HDPE土工膜的环境温度与弹性模量、线膨胀系数的关系;同时通过室外模拟试验,采用热电偶、传感器和变位计得到了不同覆土厚度下HDPE土工膜的温度应力值。结果表明:随着环境温度的降低HDPE土工膜的温度应力呈直线下降。运用提出的评价方法,试验结果与温度应力的计算值进行了对比,计算值与试验值符合较好,但随着覆土厚度的增加,计算值与试验值的偏离变大

Abstract:To evaluate the temperature stress of HDPE sheet, a simple evaluation formula of temperature stress is proposed. The relationship between temperature and elastic modulus or coefficient of temperature expansion is investigated by experiment; and the temperature stress is obtained by loadcell, thermocouple, and displacement gauge. The results show that the temperature stress within the HDPE sheet decreased rapidly with the decrease of temperature. The temperature stress evaluated by the proposed method, is very close to the experimental value.
