摘    要:煤矿区煤层气地面开发具有资源、安全、环保等综合效益。研究了煤层气开发与煤炭开采相互影响的控制机制,分析了主要影响因素,包括:煤层气套管、水泥环对采煤机械的损害,金属套管碰撞产生的火花,压裂石英砂对煤质的影响,压裂对煤层顶板和底板的破坏,以及煤炭回采对井筒的破坏。基于煤与煤层气协调开采的目标,结合煤炭开采"O"型圈理论,提出了煤矿区煤层气地面井位部署应以煤矿采掘生产为优先考虑原则;在研究了煤炭开采不同位置布置煤层气井可能性的基础上,提出了煤矿最理想的布井位置为回采边界的煤柱处,并提出在条件允许情况下首选水平井抽采方式。论文成果对煤矿区煤层气的安全高效开发具有一定的现实意义。

Discussion on the theory of CBM well layout based on coordinated mining of CBM and coal
Abstract:CBM development has comprehensive benefits of resources, safety and environmental protection in coal mining area. The paper studied the control mechanism of the mutual influence of CBM development and coal mining and analyzed the main influencing factors including damage of CBM casing and cement, proppant to coal mining machinery, metal casing collision sparks, quartz sand proppant fracturing, fracture of roof and floor by fracturing, and the destruction of coal mining to the wellbore. Based on the coordinated mining, combined with "O" ring theory, mining production planning should be considered as a priority in CBM well layout. Based on the possibility of CBM wells in different coal mining areas, the coal pillar is considered as the best position, and horizontal well is a preferred method. The results have a certain practical significance for CBM safe and efficient development in coal mining areas.
