摘    要:GIS技术的广泛应用为矿产资源勘查评价提供了新的信息处理手段和工具,同时促进了传统的矿产资源定量评价技术悄悄地发生变革。在GIS技术支撑下,大量的地物化遥空间信息数据库正在建设,这使得矿产定量评价的原始信息的应用得到了改变,也迫使我们要研究其于空间数据字化为数据库的矿产资源定量评价系统。

Abstract:The widely-used GIS technology has provided us a new tool for the processing of the information on the assessment of the mineral resources exploration. Furthermore, the use of the GIS technology has resulted in some changes in the traditional technology used for the quantitative assessment of the ndneral meurces. Supported by the GIS technology, a large number of the gepohysical, gaxhemical and rernote-sensing spatial information databases are being constructed, resulting in the change in the application of the primary information to the quantitative assessment of the mineral resources. This construction has also forced us to develop the spatial digital database-based mineral resources assessment system. This paper presents basic train of thoughts and initial achievement for the development of the mineral resources assessment system on the MAPIS platform, with the vector data structure as a major component part. The MAPGIS-based mineral resources assessment system excels in the combination of GIS spatial analysis and visualization with quantitative prediction metheds.
