试论工程项目投资控制

工程项目投资控制是工程项目管理的重要内容。如何减少投资，并最大限度地提高企业投资收益，已为广大房地产开发商及项目管理者热切关注，即为热点又是难点。长期以来，人们总是把投资控制放在审查施工单位的进度款和决算方面，然而这种控制存在明显的缺陷。因为在施工过程中，经常发现那些因设计不科学、不合理脱离实际而造成的投资浪费，且又无法得到纠正的情况，从而使工程投资控制限于十分被动的局面。

My Humble Opinion on Project Investment Control

Project investment control is an important content of management.How to reduce investment and raise enterprise proceeds as possible is the focus of the vast real estate developer and project manager to pay close attention to,it is a hot point as well as a difficult point.In a long period,people put the main effort of investment control to examine the progress payment of the unit in charge of construction and final accounts.But this kind of control has obvious shortcomings,thus dur -ing construction,many investment wastes have found because of unscientific design and lose contact with reality,and the situ-ation has no way to be corrected,make the project control in a passive position.
