摘    要:文章以重庆万州区为例,开发基于组件的滑坡点易损性评价地理信息系统。组件GIS技术不仅可以如传统的数据库管理系统那样管理数字及文字(属性)信息;可以使用各种空间分析方法,对多种不同的信息进行综合分析,寻找空间实体间的相互关系,而且可以从不同空间与时间的尺度上分析地质灾害的发生与环境因素之间的统计关系,对地质灾害灾情进行评估。本系统由底层数据库、功能模块、用户图形界面3部分组成。底层数据库主要包括图形数据、属性数据等,通过ADO与底层数据库进行接0;各功能模块采用VB MO控件编程实现;用户图形界面利用VB设计。系统应用于重庆万州区吴家湾滑坡易损性点评估,即输入易损性相关的图形,通过系统分析得出易损性评价的结果。

Abstract:Based on geo-hazards density, economic loss and population exposed to landslides, a comprehensive evaluation of the geo-hazard vulnerability of each district in Wanzhou is made and the vulnerability degree of each district is calculated. By means of GIS, vulne rability zone is partitioned. Accordingly, a model for regional vulnerability analysis and evaluation is developed,which provides the scientific basis for planning of regional disaster prevention and reduction. Components GIS has become the trend of modern GIS because of its effectiveness,compactness and agility. In order to analyze the vulnerability of landslide data effectively, a landslide hazard zone geographic information system is built based on the popular components GIS map Objects 2.2 and visual Basic 6.0. Then, the frameworks, programming and coordinate GIS of the landslide hazard vulnerability assessment are analyzed and the critical technique and experience of developing the system are discussed.
