基于Visual Basic及 Access的工程资料档案管理系统开发

Development of the management system of engineering data based on Visual Basic and Access

Today,with the development of society and the great progress of the information technology,the old management method of engineering data can not adapt to the request which come from every aspect of the engineering practice of the society,so it is absolutely necessary to use advanced management system of engineering data, and the management system ofengineering data is a research subject with very important theoretical research sense and application prospect. At the same time, combined with the Zhegushan tunnel which is a very important engineering, the authors have developed a software which is applicable for a lot of engineerings by using Visual Basic and Access. In the process of developing the system,a lot of problems have been solved,such as realizing the condensation and countercondensation of the files by using WinRAR,realizing a manifold of query methods of the files by using the syntax of SQL and opening of the files through transferring the address of the files. Various difficulties in reserving and managing engineering data will be solved by means of management system of engineering data in practical engineering,while the drawbacks of traditional engineering data reserving method will be eliminated. The management system of engineering data has many advantages,such as convenient in using and quick in query,so it is worthy of using and spreading.
