软土地区建筑物基础施工环境地质问题分析

摘    要:基坑开挖是建筑物基础施工的重要阶段,在软土地区常因地质条件的特殊性导致诸多环境地质问题,并可引发工程事故或安全隐患。结合某高层建筑基坑开挖与降水作业工程实例,分析了水土突涌、地面沉降等环境地质问题及其产生原因,提出了软土地区基础施工过程中地质灾害防治措施与对策建议。

Analysis of Environmental Geological Problems Associated with Building Foundation Construction in Soft Soil Areas

Abstract:Excavation is an important stage in the construction of building foundations.The procedure reveals the many geological environment problems that are associated with local geological conditions,whilst also sometimes triggering engineering accidents or safety problems in soft soil areas.This paper describes the complications caused by deep building foundation pit excavation,dewatering and drainage,and the subsequent uprush of soil and water,and land subsidence,environmental geological problems and their causes.The paper also describes the use of countermeasures during the construction process that can prevent and control geological disasters in soft soil areas.
