焦炭结构构造对焦炭强度的影响

摘    要:采用显微图象分析与宏观图象分析相结合的方法, 对北京焦化厂17 个矿点原料煤的小焦炉焦炭和生产焦炭的结构构造进行了研究, 并对其强度作了测试。单因素和多因素回归分析结果均表明, 气孔壁厚度和气孔壁的光性结构组成是影响焦炭强度的主要因素, 而气孔的大小及其分布状况却对焦炭强度的影响较小。最后建立了焦炭强度预测模型

Abstract:In order to reveal the relationship between coke texture and coke intensity, the texture and intensity of small\|stove coke formed from raw coal of 17 mining districts and product coke of Beijing Coking Factory are studied. Using image processing method, the authors analyze the distribution of vesicles and the optical texture of vesicular wall. Single factor and multi\|factor regression analysis are also used to discuss the relationship between coke texture parameters and coke intensity parameters. The result indicates that the thickness of vesicular wall and percentage of anisotropic part of the wall are very important factors of influencing coke intensity, and the size of vesicles and their distribution are less important.
