| Abstract: | Snow covered area did not shrink or enlarge in evidence in China from 1970 to 2000.Harmonic analysis was applied to snowfall data from 616 weather stations from 1970 to 2000.The analysis shows that annual snowfall had simple harmonic composition but two opposite changing trend,with obvious regional distribution characteristics.Four regions where annual snowfall has similar changing trend were plotted out by correlation analysis.In a few regions of Northeast China,from middle Inner Mongolia to North China,fr... |
