摘    要:以稍酸、盐酸、氢氟酸及王水作为溶剂,采用微波消解和电感耦合等离子体方法对钢铁中的砷、铅、锑、锡、铜等微量元素进行测量的方法.实验考查了不同消解酸、温度计时间对对消解效果产生的影响.结果发现在压强为1.52MPa,温度为200℃下,使用3mL盐酸、1mL硝酸及1mL氢氟酸组成的混合液,可以将钢中的As、Pb、Sb、Sn、...

Abstract:Established a nitric acid,hydrochloric acid,hydrofluoric acid and aqua regia as a solvent,using microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma as Steel Tin,Copper,Lead,Antimony,arsenic and other trace elements measurement.Experiments examined different digestion acid,thermometer time on resolving the impact effect.The results showed that the pressure is 1.52MPa,temperature 200 ℃,using 3mL of hydrochloric acid,1mL 1mL of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid composition of the mixture can be of steel in the As,Pb,Sb,Sn,Cu and completely remove it;At the same time,through the RF power,sampling depth,the gas flow,so as to reduce the signal drift,the impact of the experimental study.
