浙西常山地区稻谷锗含量及其影响因素

摘    要:为查明浙西常山地区稻谷锗含量及土壤锗生物有效性,采集了研究区86组水稻及对应的根系土壤样品,测试了土壤的Se、Ge、有机质、pH值及As等重金属含量和稻谷Se、Ge及As等重金属含量,研究了水稻锗含量及锗元素生物吸收系数的影响因素。结果表明,研究区水稻根系土壤锗含量平均值为1.53×10^-6,稻谷中锗元素平均含量仅为25.37×10^-9,稻谷中Ge含量变化较大。研究区水稻锗元素生物吸收系数为0.64%~3.78%,平均值为1.68%,表明大田条件下土壤锗较难在稻谷中富集。相关分析显示,稻谷锗含量与根系土壤pH值、有机质含量无相关性;水稻对锗的吸收能力与土壤pH显著正相关(P<0.01),而与土壤有机质含量无相关性。

Abstract:In order to find out the germanium content in rice and its influence factors in Changshan region of western Zhejiang Province,86 samples of rice and corresponding root soil samples were collected,and the contents of germanium,selenium,organic matter,pH value,arsenic and other heavy metals in soil and germanium,selenium,arsenic in rice seeds were tested.The influence factors of germanium content and germanium biological absorption coefficient in rice were studied.The results showed that the average germanium content in rice root soil is 1.53×10^-6.The average germanium content in rice seed is only 25.37×10^-9,and the content of germanium in rice varies greatly.The biological absorption coefficient of germanium in rice is 0.64%~3.78%and the average value is 1.68%.This indicated that soil germanium is difficult to enrich in rice seeds under field conditions.The correlation analysis showed that germanium content in paddy had no correlation with soil pH and organic matter content in root system;germanium absorbility of rice is positively correlated with soil pH(P<0.01),and is no correlation with soil organic matter content.
