| Abstract: | Serious short of water resources has been an unavoidable major problem for the present social development, and which is the bottleneck to restrict the rapidly, steady and healthy development of national economy. To resolve this problem is an urgent affair at present. The article issues some comprehensive measures to strengthen water saving management for the existing problems of water saving work in the urban area. |
