| Abstract: | By large-scale development and construction for more than 30 years in Shihezi city, the groundwater level is continuously descending at all times. Considering the problem, how to deal with the present situation of groundwater exploitation, the author puts forward new evaluation baseline of exploitable quantity of groundwater resources, which purpose is throwing out a brick to attract a jade, attracting some colleagues engage the attention of sustainable utilization and development of water resources and gives strategies in order to service for city construction better. |
