| 摘 要： | 开发建设防汛决策支持系统是水利信息化的首要任务,也是水利现代化的起点和重要标志.本文分析了防汛决策过程,在此基础上探讨地市级防汛决策支持系统总体设计问题,讨论了系统实现中的一些关键技术问题.
