| 摘 要： | 拟建金盘洞水库位于湖北省保康县清溪河支流黄堡河上,该河为一峡谷型河流,河水流向总体与岩层走向垂直。区内出露地层为志留系页岩、砂页岩及寒武系、奥陶系灰岩,局部有极少震旦系地层分布。根据岩性可将库区分为三段,经综合分析不具备向库外渗漏的可能性。根据地形地貌、河谷形态、第四系覆盖层厚度、断层因素和岩体破碎程度等综合确定宜选择下坝线为拟建坝址。
