超前侧喷绳索取心钻具的研制

摘    要:摘 要]针对破碎、软弱等复杂地层岩心采取率低的问题,本文通过无泵接手、岩心抓取机构和超前侧喷钻头的设计与结合,研制了一套超前侧喷绳索取心钻具;该钻具是一种基于普通绳索取心钻具及无泵反循环钻具设计的新型钻具,能实现孔内钻井液的局部反循环并改变孔底冲洗液流向,从而达到排粉及提高岩心采取率的目的;现场试验表明,超前侧喷绳索取心钻具能够实现破碎、软弱等难取心地层的正常钻进,试验孔段岩心采取率为94%,大幅度提高了岩(矿)心的采取率。

Abstract:Abstract: To solve the problem of the low coring recovery rate in complex formations, this work designed an advanced lateral jet wire-line coring tool including a no-pump joint, pawl spring and advanced lateral jet bit. It is a new coring tool, based on common wire line, and combined with the no-pump reverse circulation coring tool. The results of field experiments show that it can realize the normal operation in broken and soft strata, with the coring recovery rate 94% in the testing intervals of boreholes, and greatly improve the core recovery.
