Peg Setting Jewelry Design and Rhino Modeling Techniques

Rhino is a kind of powerful professional 3D design software widely used in various industrial designs.In the process of jewelry design,Rhino is commonly used in foreign countries,while it is still in the early development in China.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and introduce Rhino modeling techniques in jewelry design for the popular application of Rhino in the domestic jewelry design.Based on the writer＇s research experience on the application of Rhino in jewelry design,and taking two types of simple and typical peg setting jewelry models as an example,this paper discusses the structure and design requirements of peg setting jewelry,and elaborated on Rhino modeling techniques in precise peg setting jewelry design,in order to provide some reference for jewelry designers and learners.
