Relation between supply-demand estimation of energy sources-mineral resources all over the world and managing system of international trade transformation

The paper focuses on both the relation on the basis of mineral resources development and problem of international mineral resources and economic trade managing and supply-demand estimation of energy sources-mineral resources all over the world.The contents in the transformation mostly include appraising and safety mechanism,replying strategy,industry policy,harmonizing and cooperation,managing legislation and so on.Regarding aspects of the transformation as one system,the paper puts forward the thought of resources economy and trade managing system,the core of which thinks of many subjects and related taches in international economic trade as an integrated whole,so,we should unionize manage and study in the light of existing circumstance and share overseas resources to the maximum,scheme enactment mineral resources all over the world and treat with relation between supply-demand estimation of future mineral resources and managing system of international trade transformation.
