| 摘 要： | 因新建住宅楼使相邻建筑物基础产生不均匀沉降，造成墙体、地面多处裂缝，裂缝的发展很快，采用硅化－水泥灌浆法快速地阻止了不均匀沉降，保证相邻建筑物安全使用。

| Abstract: | The nonuniform subsidence of foundations of neighboring new buildings may cause numerous quick developing fractures in walls and floors.The adoption of silicification cement grouting method may rapidly stop the nonuniform subsidence and assure the safe use of the neighboring buildings. |
