前南峪生态示范区雨水集蓄利用技术研究

前南峪生态示范区位于河北省南部太行山深山区的前南峪东沟,面积为376hm2,该区大气降水是唯一的供水来源。为保证水源供给,在前南峪生态示范区建成水窖、塘坝、扬水站等水源配套工程,采用微喷、滴灌、管灌等节水设施,实现旱能灌、涝能排的防汛抗旱体系。形成了"拦、蓄、缓、排"综合防护工程和"材林头、干果腰、水果脚、米粮川"的生态治理模式,使前南峪生态示范区内的耕地灌溉率达到91.7%。雨水资源利用与水土保持科技相结合,创造出明显的经济效益和环境效益。

Research on Rainwater Storage and Utilization in Qiannanyu Ecological Demonstration Area

The Qiannanyu ecological demonstration area,located in the Taihang Mountain in the south of Hebei Province covers 376hm2,where precipitation is the only source of water supply.In order to secure the water supply in this area,the water structures such as water kilns,ponds and pump stations have been built,with the water saving systems of micro-spray irrigation,drip irrigation and tube irrigation,to realize flood control and drought relief.With this ecological management mode,the irrigation rate can reach 91.7% in the Qiannanyu ecological demonstration area.The combination of rainwater resource utilization and soil and water conservation technology has produced remarkable economic and environmental benefits.
