云南省梁河县芒东镇章巴小砂河泥石流治理工程及效果评价

摘    要:梁河县芒东镇章巴小砂河曾多次暴发泥石流灾害,以2016年8月5日最为严重,冲毁民房,淤埋良田,造成了重大的经济损失。在野外实地调查后,通过对流域形态、地形地貌、沟床特征、物源分布情况、交通条件及“8.05”成灾特征等综合分析后制定相应的工程措施,并对其后续进行效果评价。研究结果表明:章巴小砂河泥石流治理工程采用“中上游稳坡固源拦挡,中下游固床护岸+下游过村段排导”的系统治理措施,通过雨季考验、定性分析比对,章巴小砂河泥石流治理工程效果较好。对梁河地区泥石流治理项目具有指导意义。

Abstract:The Xiaosha River in Zhangba,Mangdong Town,Lianghe County has repeatedly experienced mudslide disasters.It was the most serious on August 5,2016,destroying civilian houses and burying good fields,causing major economic losses.After field investigations in the field,the corresponding engineering measures were formulated through comprehensive analysis of watershed morphology,topography,ditch bed characteristics,provenance distribution,traffic conditions and“8.05”disaster characteristics,and the subsequent effects were evaluated.The research results show that:the Xiaosha River debris flow control project adopts the system control measures of“stable upstream and downstream stable solid source blockage,middle and lower reaches fixed bed revetment+downstream cross section of villages”,through the rainy season test and qualitative analysis comparison,The Xiaosha River debris flow control project has a good effect.It has guiding significance for the debris flow control project in Lianghe area.
