| 摘 要： | 位于青藏高原中部的茶曲帕查铅锌矿床为"三江"复合造山成矿带北段的典型矿床,基础地质研究工作的欠缺制约了控矿机制的探讨。通过详细的野外填图,重新厘定了矿区地层系统,进而修正了矿区构造框架以及变形历史,结合矿石结构的显微变形特征,对成矿过程提出了新的认识。矿区近东西向的逆断层和其北侧的正断层(局部为不整合)奠定了矿区的主要构造框架,并将矿区分为3个部分:①渐新世五道梁组;②中二叠世九十道班组;③晚二叠世那益雄组。二叠纪地层褶皱明显,枢纽多变,经历了多期挤压作用叠加,新生代地层产状平缓。铅锌矿化与灰岩关系密切,受新生代伸展构造控制,开放空间充填特征明显。成矿发生在中新世初,为边破碎-边沉积-边成矿的过程。
