摘    要:采用湿润指数作为旱涝评估的指标,蒸发力用本省蒸发力统计估算模式计算.借助于GIS平台将台站降水、蒸发值插值到地理网格点上,计算网格点上的湿润系数,并用海拔高度订正.在此基础上做出了合肥市旱涝风险评估和区划.

Abstract:In this paper moisture indices are used for assessment of drought and excessive rain, and evaporation power is calculated by the related statistic model of Anhui Province. With the aid of GIS platform, the precipitation and evaporation values collected from meteorological stations and substations are interpolated into geographical grids to calculate moisture coefficients, which are revised by elevations. Based on the above-mentioned, we have conducted risk assessment and zoning of drought and excessive rain for the city of Hefei.
