| Abstract: | Taking bridge's grouting pile as an example, this paper made a value engineering analysis on its cost, and systematically pointed out the way for reducing the cost of grouting pile engineering by referring to modern managerial methods such as A, B and C classification management and target cost management. This analysis is also significant to guiding the business activities beyond bridge's grouting pile engineering. |
