| 摘 要： | 使用Ｘ射线荧光光谱仪，采用透空照射、数学校正法并与比重法联用，可无损检测金、银、铂及饰物的成色，判别包、镀金饰品，较好地校正了饰物的形状、面积和光洁度的影响，不受宝石镶嵌物的限制，能够提供金、银、铂及饰物的成色和杂质元素的配比数据。用该法测定２４Ｋ及１４Ｋ值饰品的ＲＳＤ（ｎ＝９）分别为０．０１％和０．８２％，测定范围在１％～１００％之间。

| Abstract: | non-destructive method for the analysis of gold or silver ornaments by X-ray fluorescencespectrometry was studied.The effect of sample form,size and surface roughness on results wereconsidered and calibrated.The precision(RSD,n=9)of the determination for 24K and 14Kgold ornaments is 0.01%and 0.82%respectively.The testing range is from 1%to 99.99%. |
