摘    要:北京地区生产水井钻井泥浆现状,还是以细分散泥浆体系为主的。通过一口地质条件较为复杂的地热井改细分散体系泥浆为共聚物体系泥浆的对比,揭示了泥浆工作在钻井工程中的重要性。阐述了泥浆使用要保证安全、高效、经济的原则及要注意的技术要求,要结合地层岩性、现场设备条件、钻探工艺、孔深孔径和井身设计要求等综合考虑。分类列举了针对北京地区不同地层如松散回填层、第四系砂卵石层、第四系粘泥层、完整基岩稳定地层、水敏性地层、漏失地层等所应选用的不同泥浆体系,进行了理论分析。强调不同的泥浆体系一定要与地层岩性相匹配,根据地层选择合理的泥浆体系是钻井工作能否顺利、高效完成,甚至是钻井成败的关键。对泥浆工作的现场调配与使用从试验、调配到安装布局做了原则总结,较全面的论述了现场泥浆使用中要注意的各种事项。

General Using Principles and in-situ Confecting Method of Drilling Mud
Abstract:In Beijing area, the scattered fine mud system is predominant for the water well drilling mud. For a geothermal well with more complicated geological conditions, the scattered and ifne mud system is replaced by the copolymer system, and the result reveals that the drilling mud plays an importance in drilling engineering. The drilling mud must be used to ensure the safety, efifcient, economic principles and should pay attention to the technical requirements, stratigraphic lithology, ifeld equipment, drilling technology, hole diameter, depth and the well body design. This paper discussed each mud system in different strata such as loose backifll layer, Quaternary sand and gravel layer, Quaternary clay loam layer, complete bedrock stratum stability, water sensitive layer, leakage layer. Finally, the mud system must be matched with the strata lithology, and the mud system is a key for drilling.
