海上溢油与治理

随着世界海洋石油工业和海上石油运输业的迅速发展，海上溢油及其对海洋环境的污染已成为人类面临的一大难题。目前，许多沿海国家都在开展与海上溢油有关的研究，发展溢油治理技术和设备，建立溢油应急反应系统。本文简要介绍了重大溢油事件及溢油对海洋环境的影响，同时介绍了海上溢油的治理技术、部分国家的研究情况和溢油应急反应队伍的建设情况。最后，就我国的海上溢油防治工作提出了一些建议。

Oil Spill and Cleanup

Oil spill at sea is one of the challenges to the marine community today,due to the rapid development of offsore industry and marine oil transportation. Many programmes are underway onthe research and development of oil spill response technology and equipment and oil spill contigency response system has been set up in the coastal nations. In this paper, a brief introduction ispresented on some of the major oil spill events, their effects to the marine environment, and oilspill cleanup technology. Research and development on oil spill response in some countries is described and discusion are made on combatting oil spills in China.
