摘    要:采用P-E703原子吸收分光光度计、协同背景校正技术和稀释海水样品,实现了同一份海水样中锶、锂连续直接火焰发射法测定;样品无需预处理和加入任何试剂,方法简便快速,结果准确;可用于大洋和近岸海水中锶和锂的直接快速连测,方法相对标准偏差均优于2%,锶和锂的测定回收率分别为105—11O%和104—110%。


DIRECT DETERMINATION OF STRONTIUM AND LITHIUM IN SEA WATER BY FLAME EMISSION SPECTROPHOTOMETRY
Abstract:A procedure is suggested for direct determination of Sr and Li in sea water by using Perkin-Elmer 703 atomic absorption spectrophotometer with background emission correction. The sample needs neither pretreatment nor addition of any reagents for the technique used. The method, which can be used to determine the Contents of Sr and Li in oceanic and coastal seawaters, has the advantages of simplicity, rapidity and accuracy. Its relative standard deviations of six sequential determination for Sr and Li in sea water arelower than 2% and the recoveries are 104-110%.
