| 摘 要： | 生物多样性保护是当前全球面临的最重要问题之一，本文分析了我国海洋生物多样性面临的主要威胁，并对生物多样性丧失的原因进行了分析。在以上研究的基础上，基于海岸带综合管理（ICZM）的理念，提出了海洋生物多样性保护管理中急需解决的问题，主要包括海洋生物多样性保护管理的指导思想、管理机构机制、管理边界、海洋生物多样性评价技术、海洋生物多样性保护规划技术和基于GIS的管理决策支持系统等。 |

| Abstract: | Biodiversity conservation is one of the most important issues in the world, and the major threat of the marine biodiversity in China is analyzed, and the root cause analysis of biodiversity loss is carried out. Based on ICZM, a set of strategies on marine biodiversity conservation are put forward, including marine biodiversity conservation guidelines, conservation committee establishing, boundary defining, marine biodiversity assessment techniques, marine biodiversity conservation planning and management techniques, information management system of marine biodiversity conservation based on GIS and so on. |
